There are two reasons why the Chinese warship, Shenzhen will visit Tokyo later this month. 

1. Understanding and trust in defense with China,.

2. Contributing to regional peace and stability.

It will be the first time since WWII that a Chinese ship has called on Japan.

The missile destroyer, Shenzhen, will spend four days in Tokyo's Harumi wharf.

The dates are Nov. 28 -Dec.

It will be the 1st visit as part of a bilateral defense exchange.

China will visit first and Japan will follow.

Meanwhile China continues to spend more on its military and Japan calls for China to be transparent with their plans.

If they were transparent, the plans wouldn't be military related, eh?
