The Eee 1000H-x will have a 160-gigabyte hard drive, the largest ever among Y50,000 class PCs. That’s just under $500, depending on the yen rate.

The PC will have a 10-inch display and be powered by Intel’s Atom power-saving CPU and to its credit – Windows XP, NOT Vista.

The PC will weight 1.45kg (3lbs 3oz) and be able to run on battery power for almost 7 hours. They come in black or white and are priced at Y59,800.
