Mackenzie Phillips shocking secrets revealed on Oprah Winfrey

In a live interview on the Oprah Winfrey show on wednesday, Mackenzie Phillips confessed that she was raped by her father while she was still in her teens.

Her relationship with her father,  Los Angeles musician and co-founder of the Mamas & Papas, didn’t just end easily, she told Winfrey.

John Phillips her father died in 2001.

MackenziePhillips, now aged 49 years , said she was around 17 or 18 the first time she could remember having indulged phsically with her father.
