Ft. Hood Shooting Victims

A shooting in Ft. Hood by a soldier led to the deaths of 12 of his comrades.
According to news reports, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan – who is an American soldier – began shooting at the soldiers in the army basecamp in Fort Hood, Texas, and thereby killing atleast 12 of them.
The shooting occurred when hs fellow soldiers were getting their last round of medical checkups.
Reports say that Hasan entered the camp in Muslim attire and used two hand guns to shoot at his comrades. This was shocking to most of the soldiers there who got caught up in the shooting even before they realized what was happening. The shooting ended when a civilian fired at Hasan and injured him.  Hasan is now in a stable condition in police custody.
All the injured soldiers were taken to different hospitals in Texas.
This shooting comes as a huge shock to the US army and may fuel the growing suspicions tha American have towards people of Islamic origin.
