         <description><![CDATA[<p>The lingerie maker Triumph Japan has come up with a solar-panel bra.</p><p>The solar panel bra can display messages on a removable small electric board.</p><p>Yeah, as if I believe that. Take off your shirt and let me see it work.          <title>China&apos;s Earthquake Shakes Japan</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Nippon Oil will begin mass producing biofuel domestically next year.</p><p>The company will invest Y2 billion in its Negishi refinery in Yokohama to turn out 100,000kl of ethyl tertiary butyl ether (ETBE) a year.</p><p>ETBE is a combination of plant-derived ethanol and petroleum.          <title>Three Automakers in Japan Sell More, Make Less</title>
