UAW Rejects Retiree Health Care Trust Proposal

There are reasons why Toyota is gaining on GM, will overtake GM this year as the world's top car maker.

One of the reasons can be spelled U-A-W. United Auto Workers.

GM wants to pay the auto union to form a trust and take over the company's huge retiree health care obligation.

It seems the UAW knows it's a losing cause and they want no part of it.

GM has been picked by the union as the lead company and potential strike target in this year's bargaining.uaw.gm.jpg

Let's see….the UAW doesn't want responsibility because they can't do it.

GM knows the retiree health care trust won't work and they don't want it.

And…the UAW is going to strike until GM makes it work.

Gosh…and we wonder why Toyota can outsell and out profit American car makers.

Can you spell U-A-W?
