Toyota Motor Corp released an automoblie whose interior can be swapped around in different arrangements and used as a:

1. sedan

2. station wagon

3. minivan

The Mark X ZiO is priced at 2.56 million to 3.33 million yen and has a 2.4-liter engine or a 3.5-liter V-6.

A cargo space can be covered to allow the car to be a sedan. If the board is

stored, it can be a station wagon. Raising the third row of seats stored in the cargo space makes it a six- or seven-passenger van. toyota.zio.jpg

"This is a market-creating vehicle, developed with a brand-new concept."

Toyota is hoping to sell 1.72 million vehicles in Japan this year, 4,000 of them the ZiO starting this month.
