Tokyo Girls Take Beijing
In a giant stadium outside Tokyo, 20,000 women in their late teens and early 20′s gathered to watch models from teen magazines, Ebihara Yuri and Oshikiri Moe, walk instead of catwalk professionals.
Other CanCam and Vivi ‘idols’ displayed their stuff as well.

The Tokyo Girl Collection will travel to Beijing later this month to be part of the China International Clothing Fair 2007. Some 200,000 visitors are expected from around the world.
Girl power in Japan is indeed amazing….and they have a lot of disposable income as well.
