Magician’s Tricks Revealed
Two local television networks, Nippon Television and TV Asahi Corp, revealed the secrets behind a series of coin tricks performed by magicians.
When a magician and a pub operator were arrested for punching holes in coins, (Japanese law forbides damaging or melting coins) the two networks decided to do a series to show how the trick was performed.

What the networks didn’t realize was that they were cutting into the livelihood of other magicians….and now…a group of 49 tricksters are suing the two networks.
One Houdini says, the networks “deprived professional magicians of their assets.”
Indeed.
As much as I would like to know the secrets of magic, what is true is that the David Copperfields do work hard at their craft and should be respected.
It’s kind of like looking at a girl in the nude AFTER she takes her clothes off…interesting for a few moments…but then it becomes boring.
Sometimes, often, it is more fun to NOT know.
