Ford, Chrysler Steal One Executive Each from Toyota

Ford, and Chrysler have each stolen executives from Toyota.

Guess, if you can't beat them, steal them, then try to beat them is the new American way.

Chrysler LLC stole Jim Press, the highest-ranking American executive at Toyota, who gave up his board of director position.

Chrysler also stole Deborah Wahl Meyer, the top marketing executive at Lexus, and named her the chief marketing officer.

Ford pilfered Jim Farley, a top architect behind Toyota getting America's young with the Scion brand name. Farley will be Ford's group vice president of marketing and communications.

I could have saved Ford and Chrysler and GM, too, if they are reading a lot of money.

Build a quality car…make it fuel-efficient…sell it for the righ price…and America will buy it.

How hard can that be?

Hard…if the UAW is putting them together for you.
