English school in trouble for offering sex and no refund

The Japanese English school, NOVA, is in heaps of trouble.

This kind of story is of particular interest to me in that I operated an English in school for more than 20 years, and still own one that is being run by one of my employees.

NOVA is a big business in Japan…makes a lot of money teaching English…that sort of thing. Teaching English in Japan is big business for that matter. Okay, teaching English to any non-speaking English country is big business.

It seems that NOVA of Japan has been offering its clients more than just conversation classes. They offered some practical ‘hands on’ lessons for certain social situations as well.

Japanprobe dug these photos off of a very sleazy Japanese site. I am sure he had to wipe plenty of smut off to come up with something that could be shown.

Apparently, not every student got a ‘turn’ and some wanted a refund.

NOVA gave refunds, (not for the sex classes, the general classes) but, the government has learned that the amount was not close to what the students had expected and the company gave false accounts on its cancellation policies.

NOVA is looking at administrative sanctions…nope, NOVA is looking at bankruptcy or an onslaught of new students who want to take some of the porn lessons.

At my school, we showed great prejudice by hiring only ‘ugly’ teachers. I was the only one who was stupid enough to get into trouble, and in that case, I could only blame myself.
