Eat your Foe!!!

Yes, literally eat your foe! You can have it for breakfast, you can have it for dinner…anytime you like really.

Now before you scream, “I may wish my ‘foe’ ill but I’m not turning cannibal to make it happen!”…allow me to introduce you to ‘Foe’.

Everybody, meet Foe (pronounced Fur and sometimes spelt as Furr):

Scared you for a minute there didn’t I?

So now that you know ‘who’ is Foe, lets move on to ‘what’ is Foe.

Foe is one of the traditional foods of Laos – ‘noodle soup* ‘ prepared ‘Laotian style’.
