Cultural perspective: funny toilet sign

If you are used to Western toilets, Asian countries can be a real challenge. Even if you opt for the “safe” choice to ask for a toilet at McDonalds, you’ll often get referred to the local public toilet as many restaurants don’t have one.

When in high need, my friend was therefore relieved to see that the local IKEA (aren’t they just everywhere too??) had Western toilets. She was surprised to see not everyone appreciated them though… Here is the picture that she took:
