A small two-man operation in Osaka, Japan is in a fight with Apple Computer, Inc.
The man has invented what he calls a gPod, a device that when worn inside a woman’s most private places can create a buzz when set off by music.
gPod sounds like G-spot and jii is the Japanese word (same pronunication as Gee) for stimulating self satisfaction.
The Japanese Patent Agency gave the company the right to use the device last year.
However, Apple legal reps have told him, “The product planned for use with the trademark ‘gPod’ is a sex aid and masturbation aidcIf this product comes onto the market, you will be forced to take all sorts of legal measures to deal with itcWe would like to avoid a fight over this and would be prepared to cover any costs you have incurred.”
The owner of the store appears ready to give up the fight and just go home and relax and relax and relax….bbuuzzzz!!
