Ken Mann bought his Toyota in December, 1990 and passed 1 million miles in August of 2006.

Mann's 6 step plan - 

1.  Buy a good vehicle to begin with. My book is on Toyota, but I’m partial.

2.  Be an easy driver.

3.  Find a good repair facility that you can trust and maintain an ongoing relationship.

4. Service the vehicle as recommended.

5. Safety aspects.

6. Drive sensibly and carefully and defensively.
