University of California at Berkeley.
Christina Romer did a study on the 1930s economic crisis titled ‘What Ended the Great Depression?’ .
She asserted that the key to the partial economic recovery in the 1930s under Roosevelt encouraged lending and Federal assistance to banks.
Christina Romer Biography
Christina Romer and her husband, David were economic advisers to Barack Obama during his Presidential Campaign.
Both are macroeconomists and both are professors at the UC at Berkeley.
Romer received her bachelor’s degree from The College of William & Mary in 1981.
Romer received her PhD from MIT in 1985.
Romer first worked as an assistant professor at Princeton University.
Romer went to the
University of California at Berkeley in 1988 and has been there since.
She hasn’t been seen naked in the tree grove either.
