In other words Nacha is changing a few rules for mobile payment systems that would ensure electronic funds transfer from one bank account to another in a highly secure way.

Nacha has predicted to themselves as a vision goal that there would besignificant growth in the next five years as more and more consumers  would start to depend on the use of cellphones.

Right now, there are not many consumers that do transaction via their mobile phones.

In case Nacha is allowed to implement the new rules they have laid down, mobile payments and transfer would be much more secure and safe.

Nacha further said,

“Because Nacha does not anticipate that this rules proposal will require major software changes, the industry should have sufficient time to prepare for compliance with the provisions of these proposed rules,”
Nacha now waits in patience to see if the financial institutions abide by their proposal.
