Meteor Shower Tonight

Posted by Samron Jude on October 21st, 2009 in America | Comments Off

The Orionids have been quite noticeable in the past few years, with about 15-20 meteors within the peak hours! The meteor shower will take place on October 21, 2009.
In order to view this beauty of nature, make sure that you find a calm area with as wide a view of the sky as possible. It will take about 10 minutes for your eyes to fine-tune to the darkness, and after that you can watch this natural meteor shower show.
No need for a telescope or binoculars because you can see the meteor with the naked eye.
