Election Day in the U.S. will be on the Tuesday after the first Monday in November.
The main focus this Election day is on three particular elections as Virginia and New Jersey both having a race to become Governor.
Election Day takes place every 4 years and registered voters in the United States cast their votes for presidential electors.
According to sources, the U.S. Election Day is a day which is made to select public officials

Utah election took place on 30 October 2009. For all those people who did not or could not cast their vote in early elections will have a chance to vote again on 3 November 2009.
