Chaz Bono the child of the world class pop musician Cher can be called her son finally,  but he started off as a she.

Chaz Bono was born Chastity Bono, and recently completed gender reassignment surgery to become a male.

Chaz Bono now aged 40,  always felt of being a male and now finally that dream has come true.

He has been dating girl named Jennifer Elia for the past 4 years, and is happy that they both now perfectly have the heterosexual relationship that they’ve always have been feeling for each other from the beginning, but never had any physically.
