Two in Five Couples Give Up on Sex

This is sure to make the morning commute in Japan seem longer for most.

The Japanese government conducted a biannual survey on people’s lifestyles.

The sexual activity of 3,000 men and women aged 16-49 was one focus. (Please, stop asking the 16-year olds!)

When asked, how much sex they’d had in the past month (sex being defined as petting, oral sex and sleeping together naked), the Japanese said:sad.japanese.jpg

1. 14.7% – one time

2. 12% – two times

3. 8.7% – three times

4. 7.2% – four times

5. 10.6% – five or more..these are the guys and girls who smile while being squished on trains.

6. 39.7% said they had NO sex at all and there was no likelihood in the forseeable future. And these people, married, live-in couples, should be having sex! Not the 16-year olds.

The main reasons men gave for NOT having sex – are there reasons?

1. men consider it a nuisance

2. the couples were tired from work

3. desire faded after childbirth

The main reasons for women -

1. nuisance

2. childbirth

3. hobbies are more interesting

4. lover became more of a relative than a sex partner

How about you? How often do you do the deed with your partner?
