Japanese Need Manner Poster to Know Where to Get Drunk

Tis the season to get drunk as a skunk in Japan. Year end parties, Christmas drunk fests, New Year’s parties, and, gosh, let’s forget about the workday daily drunken ordeal.
Tokyo Metro has decided to put posters up to let the Japanese know where they should get soused - at home.
Housewives in Japan can be expected to fight back everywhere. They had hoped their hopeless husbands could pass out on trains and sleep it off before they came home.

Instead of suggesting people use common sense (like that’s ever going to work), why not just haul their asses off to the drunk tank at the local jail and make their wives or co-workers come down to bail them out or pick them up.
