LED lamps, reducing by a huge amount the power needed for lighting. Post (GRD) great republican depression America will be a very much changed place, and the people that survive the GRD will be a changed people too! mostly vegan, gardeners, conservationists, thin, light bodied, and energetic, they will study hard on basic survival to stay alive, and in the polluted remains of a once grotesque and wasteful society, the will eek out an humble but enjoyable existence, no longer in the capitalists shackles, but democratic and liberal minded none the less, and build a new America where “Sustainable” and “Renewable” are Holy words and part of a severely enforced doctrine! Use your car batteries as you wish, a new day is dawning, Post GRD! Japan is leading the way!
