Britney Spears and 5 Non-Secrets to Nutrition 53

by Bill Belew on October 13th, 2008

Britney Spears has reported losing 25 lbs using Nutrition 53.

Whoopty do!

Nutrition 53 is a supplement backed by former NFL linebacker Bill Romanowski.

Romanowski proports to team up with doctors (diploma mill-type?) and sports nutritionists (high school jocks that work at GNC maybe?).nutrition53.jpg

Nutrition 53 has three supplements:

Neuro 1 for mental performance

Sleep 1 for sleep and recovery performance

Lean 1 for meal replacement

Lean delivers 30g or protein, herbal extracts for hunger control, and healthy Omega-3 + 14 organic veggie extracts.

Romanowski says “Most of Hollywood is taking Lean 1 right now.” Doesn’t that explain a lot? I wonder, does he mean Hollywood stars or people living in Hollywood.

At any rate…the question is - what’s this have to do with Japan.

Two things - I met a fellow at the gym who was built like the proverbial brick out house. He is a third generation Japanese. He told me his mother just died a short while ago - she was 105.

Now, let me see…eat like Britney and other Hollywood stars, or eat like the Japanese? What do you think we should do?

I tried Lean 1 and have all my friends hooked up with it!!! All I can say is: It’s Awesome!! I feel so comfortable in taking it and substitute it for a meal. Resutls? Great! I’m losing the weight that has been hard to and still I feel like I”m eating healthy. Thumbs up for Lean 1! It really works.

She looks amazing and if Lean1 from Nutrition53 is working for her, I’m going to try it too. It’s free to start, right?
