Preteen Girls in Thongs – Big Business for T-back Junior Idols or Child Pornography?
The Japanese and their obsession with young girl idols is sinking to new lows…and their mothers are in on it.
They are called “T-back Junior Idols.”
Japan is the world leader in eccentric products from pornographic animation to raunchy life size dolls…
Even the media pushes the boundaries of what people consider decent and …legal.
Preteen girls in thongs striking provocative poses in revealing bathing suits causes many to wonder…me, too!…if parents are selling their 12-year olds for sex and engaging in child pornography.
Tokyo’s Akihabara district has shops devoted to Junior Idol and U-15 (under 15-year olds).
Last year, it is estimated that some 3,000,000 photo books were sold – DVDs and photobooks of Junior Idols next to hard core pornography.
There is no full nudity..aka Brooke Shields, but the girls are asked to perform suggestive poses.
Japan has a “Law Banning Child Prostitution and Pornography, enacted in 1999, defines child pornography as any image of a child under 18 years old “naked or partially naked, which is sexually stimulating.”
And these preteen idols does NOT fall into that category??!!
What am I missing here?
Japan’s Publishers Ethics Committee says “it is not easy to determine when an image crosses the line from art to child pornography.”
Well, sure it is…little girls in suggestive poses with more skin showing than not…is not art anymore.
Not everything Japan does is ‘cute.’
