Menswear sales are down in Japan for the first time in three years. Wearing less clothes I wonder.
Sales were off 0.5% to just Y2.79 trillion ($130B). Poor sales were blamed on a long late summer heat and fading of the trend in Cool Biz. Gotta blame somebody or something, eh?

Kirin Brewery will product, one with a higher alcoholic content - 7%.
A 350-milliliter can, called Kirin Strong Seven will sell for about Y140 ($1.30).
Earlier, Kirin launched a vodka-based beverage with an alcoholic content of 8%. It was a hit…or at least it seemed so to the slobbering drunks who participated in the survey.
