Sony LED TV Thickness Equal to Three Stacked Credit Cards

Sony Corp has a high-quality organic LED television that is as thick as three stacked credit cards.

The super-thin, 11 inch XEL-1 television is coming to the United States.

The unit uses "organic light-emitting diode technology, which enables superior picture quality on super-thin displays."

The contrast ratio is "1 million to one, because pixels can be turned off completely for a near-perfect black."

The price for this 11" wonder - $2,500.

However, when it catches on, mass production and all that...maybe the price will finally come down.

Would you like to have a super-thin TV?
