Tully's Formed an Asia Joint Venture With Founder Of Tully's Coffee Japan
Seattle-based Tully's and Asia Food Culture Management Pte, Ltd (AFCM)
have begun a joint venture called Tully’s Coffee Asia Pacific Partners, LP (Tully’s Coffee Asia).
AFCM is a new company managed by Kouta Matsuda, the founder and former chief CEO of Tully’s Coffee Japan.
According to an SEC filing , AFCM will contribute $6 million to the joint venture.
The limited partnership will develop the Tully’s brand in Asia (excluding Japan), Australia and New Zealand through franchising and licensing activities, retail store operations, coffee roasting, wholesale distribution and other business activities.Are you a coffee drinker?
