Japanese Body Language - 頭にくる
Japanese Body Langauge -
頭にくる[あたまにくる, atama ni kuru] be angry; become angry; get pissed
Despite all the mild manners, good naturedness, polite demeanor, to be sure, the Japanese get angry just like the rest of us.
And when they do, whatever it was that got to them, got to their head.
kuru = come
If you see someone steaming, jumping up and down, ticked off, angry as all get out - take your pick, you can be sure that they used this phrase to say so.
