Yesterday we looked at the category of news on the Japan-related web and considered some thought-provoking questions.
Today we are going to look at the second of the seven categories, entertainment, in its many forms.
This category is probably the hardest area to define.
1. pictures,
2. audio,
3. text,
4. video.
These are the four “means of communication” in general.
There are sites dedicated to each: Japan-related photo sites (pics), podcasters (audio), bloggers (text), and video bloggers. Most sites have a combination of the four.
These four means of communication bring these questions to mind:
1. How well are we using them (as producers)?
2. How well are we finding them (as consumers)?
Also, are producers (bloggers/webmasters) collaborating on these productions?

Here are some interesting Japan photo blogs on the web.
Babibubebo.com as know as Japan Photo Guide is a travel guide of sorts of picturesque places in Japan.
and another by the same blogger
JapanDailyPhoto
is just that. A photo of Japan everyday.
Japan Window is another really good one.
Some podcasts examples are guzenradio, Herro Flom Japan, and Nihongo.fm
These are just a few that come to mind, obviously there are many more out there.
