Envision a vibrant community of Japan-related bloggers, webmasters, and readers working together to produce and organise great content in new ways. Imagine in your mind how they communicate with each other and collaborate to build great tools and resources. See how they
care about one another and help one another to make each site the best it can be. "Yeah, right! Why would we want to put in that kind of effort?!" Good question. Why does this idea of greater community matter?
If you have been following this series or are a regular on DailyJ you are probably expecting some idealistic lecture on the merits of helping others. And as much as I would like to tell you to help others for the sake of helping others I have a better reason for you, one that you will really like... DO IT FOR YOU!
