Number of Traffic Deaths Slow Way Down

So far this year, the number of traffic deaths in Japan had totaled 5,016.

The last time Japan had that few traffic deaths this late in the year was in 1970.

The country is 23 days behind last year.

Stricter laws on drunk driving are credited for the decrease.

It is hoped that the number of traffic deaths will stay below 6,000 for the year.

I remember when it was topping 10,000 back in the 80s.traffic.deaths.japan.jpg

Going to drink? Don't drive.

Going to drive? Don't drink.

Learn a lesson from Japan.

Have you ever driven a car after drinking?
