Recycling Mona Lisa in Osaka

by BBelew57 on October 3rd, 2007

A replica of Da Vinci's 'Mona Lisa' is on display at a department store in Osaka.

The master's work is on display in France.

The Osaka version is unique…in that it was created from used tickets (not sure which kind).

Leonardo might have been a genius in many respects, but I wonder if he had anything to say about recycling.

Perhaps had he consulted with Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael they would have come up with a plan to keep us out of the mess the world is in now.
