There is a bill in the Japanese Diet that would abolish the age limit on organ donors from children.

Presently, children under age 15 are prohibited unthe Law on Organ Transplantation.

A survery revealed there are at least 60 brain-dead children in Japan who have been on life support for more than a month.

And...how many children elsewhere are waiting for parts from these kids we wonder?
