 Japanese know how to embarrass a dog...even better than Ellen DeGeneres embarrassed herself...if you care about such things. Start with a rescue jacket. Add a raincoat. Put emergency kit on the jacket. Add power bars, a crow bar, a reflector jacket and an inflatable life preserver. If I had this little fellow...I'd feel safe anywhere in the world I went. It's a bird. It's a plane...it's Underdog...NO, It's Safety Dog!
