
China is disputing Japan's accusations that China is the reason the two countries can't agree on rights to territorial waters in the East China Sea.
China's Foreign Ministry spokesman says that China "has always taken a positive and pragmatic attitude in the talks and put forward fair and reasonable proposals."
"China is not responsible and Japan's accusations are unfounded."
Still...there is no resolution yet...and China is drilling while Tokyo scratches its head.
The two sides will resume talks next month.
