The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) is for fighting the proliferation of counterfeit goods and pirated movies and music.
The first rounds of negotiations will be held in Geneva, Switzerland in December with hopes of coming to some sort of international agreement by next summer...
