Some Marines are spreading ill will in Japan.
Four Marines from the American military base, Iwakuni, have been accused of raping a Japanese woman.
Hiroshima prefectural police and the National Police Agency are in talks to demand that the US Military hand over the four knuckleheads under the Japan-U.S. Status-of-Forces Agreement.
The woman says the four Marines absconded her in the predawn hours, took her into their car to a parking lot about 2 klicks away and sexually assaulted her.
Iwakuni base officials are aware of the suspicions, charges and are cooperating with the investigations.
So, what was the woman doing hanging out near the base when four Marines who had been out all night were walking home?
NO! It's not the woman's fault.
And, if the Marines are found guilty, they will get what's coming to them two fold, from Japan and then from the Marines.
