Honda Motor Co has an SUV sized vehicle that gets 1,300 miles between fill ups.
The vehicle is so cool, and expensive that it needs a special simulator to learn how to handle it.
It's Honda's HondaJet - small business jet which will be manufactured and marketed in the U.S. in about 3 years.
The pilot training program is part of Honda's marketing ploy to create interest among the super rich.
3-D graphics that closely re-create the experience of flying the HondaJet - sounds like a computer game.
However, Honda Aircraft Co, in cahoots with pilot training FlightSafety International will design the program.![]()
The simulator will be located in North Carolina at first, then at as many as 14 sales offices around the U.S.
Where would you like to go in your HondaJet?
