For the past two years Mainichi Daily News had a partnership with Microsoft Japan, making it the MSN-Mainichi News.
That partnership ended on September 30th and Mainicihi (Everday) Daily News is on its own again.
Mainichi Daily News bills itself as the top English news site in Japan.
I know that when I read news in Japan each morning before I post here at RSON, I start with Mainichi Daily News.
Mainichi has been at it of 85 years.
Chief Editor, Ryan Connell, is promising changes and more active participation from the readers in the news site's growth and development....which means what I wonder...
A reader contribution method perhaps?
At any rate...I will continue to start my mornings off at Mainichi News and share stories, insights from what I gather there here at RSON.
