Rolly and Nanda sitting in a tree...Nanda is the Hiding Alarm Clock that's a Hit in Japan
Sony has created Rolly, an egg-shaped digital music player.
For 40,000 yen ($360ish) buyers can get 300 gram Rolly, complete with 1 gigabyte of internal flash memory a battery good for about 5 hours of music.
Volume is controlled by turning the player clockwise or counterclockwise and tunes are switched by pushing or pulling it on the floor.
Try rolling your iPod across the floor.
It also has speakers, but your egg-head needs to be small enough to fit between them for full effect.
But, will it wake students up so they won't be late for class?
