Japan's Sony Corp's lithium-ion battery has problems.
The alternative - a new bio battery.
The bio battery is a passive battery system that breaks down sugar to generate the world's highest level electric power of 50mW from a cell.
The ecologially-friendly energy source, in the form of four cubic cells
, will generate enough electricity to drive a Walkman music player. Now when kids listen to too much music parents will have another reason to tell them that too much sugar is not good for them.
I wonder how long the sugar cubes will last.

I tested this camera for a client. I didn’t have the light running for more than 15 minutes. The battery lasted approximately 6 hours before recharging. The LCD, however, had a few dead pixels - never saw this before. Tried returning for exchange and had to put up quite a fight. Anyone else seen this? http://www.batteryfast.co.uk
