Japan’s Oldest Man, Tsuneyo Toyonaga, 113, Takes Over as Top Dog
A week or so ago, Japan lost Yone Minagawa, then oldest person in the world. She was 114 years old.
Shitsu Nakano took over as the oldest person in Japan and fourth in line to the oldest person in the world rankings.
Bless her heart, Nakano didn't hang on very long. She's gone
now; died of natural causes (natural causes!?) at the age of 113.
I am no Einstein but it's not natural to live that long.
The new oldest person in the world is Edna Parker, 114-years old, in Indiana according to the U.S.-based Gerontology Research Group and backed up by Britain's Guinness World Records.
Japan's Tsuneyo Toyonaga ranks eighth in the world.
How long would you like to live?
