Doraemon Storms Beijing
Doraemon was one of my favorite cartoon characters when I was in Japan. Having passed the half-century mark in age, I should be embarrassed to have a Doraemon stuffed animal sitting on my desk…but there he is.
I don't know why.
My kids loved him…gosh, all of Japan loves him.
Beijing loves him,
too.
Doraemon opened a theme park at Beijing Haidian Exhibition Center.
Doraemon will be 38 years old on December 1st of this year.
He is still making money for his creators.
