In Japan, there's a boom for luxury couches for big dogs. So….
So…Sanrio, creator of Helly Kitty has created a one of a kind cushion in the shape of the stupid looking, er, expressionless cat that will be placed in a dog house.
The price - 3.9 million yen ($31,600). But, you gotta hurry because there is only one such cushion with 7,600 crystal beads on sale at the Mitsukoshi flagship department store.
If more than one person bids on the pooch pillow, the buyer will be decided by lot -

Still…if the cushion is bought out from underneath
wannabe buyers…there is an 8 million yen ($64,800) Hello Kitty 'maneki neko' - or lucky cat that will also be for
sale.
The event takes place from July 24-30.
