Profits are Up - NEC, Yamaha Motor, Suzuki Motor

Japan's economy is buzzing. As the global economy zips along, want for Japanese products continue to increas.

Suzuki Motor Corp reported a 20% rise in group net profit propelled by a promising Indian market.

Demand for fuel-effective compact cars remains robust.

Yamaha Motor Co. said its group net profit jumped 51% supported by strong sales in Asia of hist motorcycles.

Motorcycle sales were particularly strong in Indonesia, Vietnam and China.

NEC Corp's group net profit tripled! The increase was attributed to overseas mobile phone operations.

Yup…Japan's companies are doing well, because the world's economy is doing well.
