Japanese Toilet Maker Issues WARNING - Bidet Bites
The Japanese toilet maker, Toto Ltd, (no relation to the dog), is having trouble with some of its toilets catching on fire due to faulty wiring.
So far there have been 105 incidents involving flames or smoking (not the cigarette kind) bidet toilets since 1984.
22 years and 105 problems out of 180,000 products. Still not good enough for Japan.
So far there have been no injuries. However, flames have scorched bathroom walls and ceilings. Imagine if someone had been sitting on that puppy when those flames came out.
High-tech potties are now standard n Japanese homes - water sprayers, dryers, pulsating massage spray, built in deodorizer and lids that open and close automatically.
And now…they can cook your fish with an open flame, too.
