Covering the economic and industrial might of Japan

Well technically, she doesn't take off her clothes... the woman has never appeared nude in anything to my knowledge. As far as relying on "stripping" to be considered beautiful, well, she's one of many "gravure idols" that are popular in Japan for their looks. Everyone's taste is subjective, but she's got an amazingly youthful face, very big boobs, and a thin body. That's why people think she's beautiful.

Personally, I think its because she has a huge sense of humor that distinguishes her from all the innumerable "serious faced" pinup idols. In many of her photos, she has a goofy smirk or is outright laughing. She just *looks* like she's a fun person.

This has probably helped her maintain her high placement in a business where "over 20, throw 'em away" is the pathetic mantra.

There are a LOT of really cute 30-somethings out there and she's a reminder of that.
