A 52-year old geezer (yikes, that's my age) who works as a senior official in a ward office in Tokyo has admitted to molesting (groping) a 21-year old girl on a train bound for Narita.
He has been arrested and charged for obscene behavior.

India owes Japan 19% more after this fiscal year than it did from the previous year.

Japan's National Police Agency (NPA) is soliciting the help of Internet Cafes to check the identity of users and introduce methods to eliminate password-stealing software.
Half of the 277 cases in which police failed to apprehend people for illegal computer access involved computers at Internet cafes.

Toyota's global production climbed in February for the 28th month in a row. Overseas production was up for the 62nd straight month.
