Covering the economic and industrial might of Japan

The answer surprised me. I mean, they have dozens of 'friends' on their speed dial and text message them throughout the day.

There are about 2 million others the same age in a country about the size of California.

Japan's teenagers are not only the loneliest in the world, they are BY FAR the loneliest in the word.

Almost one in three (29.8%) of Japanese 15-year olds agreed to the statement - "I feel lonely."

Second place was Ireland with just 10.2% saying they were lonely.

France - 6.4% and Britain 5.4%.

Feeling awkard and out of place comes naturally to teenagers...more so to Japanese.

Japan was tops with 18.1% of 15-year olds saying they agreed to the statement.

Belgium was second with 15.6%.

And Japan's teenagers are among the world's most apt to commit suicide.

These kids need some serious loving, family support, father figure in their life.
